Delta Contractors & Associates, established in 1964, is a leading concrete and masonry contractor serving Maryland. Our certified team holds multiple CSDA certifications in slab sawing, core drilling, wall sawing, concrete finishing, repair, and welding. OUR PROJECTS PORTFOLIO

CUTTING & CORING

For this project, we successfully removed approximately 4,000 SqFt of concrete to accommodate new plumbing installation. The slab thickness ranged from six to fifteen inches. The concrete was removed using our Tier 4 Kubota Skid Loaders, and we transported the nearly 200 tons (or 400,000 pounds) of concrete with our Freightliner roll-off truck. The concrete was responsibly recycled at a local plant, where it was crushed down and repurposed as aggregate material.

HUSQVARNA DXR 300

For challenging or inaccessible jobs where cutting is not feasible, we deploy our demolition robot. In this specific project involving a mezzanine deck slab that ranged from 2" to 11" in thickness, we successfully removed the concrete and deck pan without causing any damage to the structural steel.
